Military Housing
Just as we take a holistic approach to Sustainability, we also have a holistic approach to our Military Housing customer in that we are able to satisfy all of their floor covering needs. We have specific strategies from which we operate with a proven track record in saving our customers time and money. We continue to provide solutions to the issues that present themselves, and are always working on ways to extend the life of the current floor covering. This minimizes the need to continually replace current flooring, which creates profit for our customers.
While we supply and install carpet, vinyl, vinyl planks, vinyl composition tile (VCT), hardwood, laminate, and ceramic tile, we also refinish existing hardwood have an array of other solutions for military housing. We also install quarter round, rubber base, wood/rubber transitions and are experts in floor preparation and sub-floor repairs – we understand that properly preparing the floor can be more important than the actual floor covering itself
In cases where it is more efficient to clean the existing carpet in a unit, we perform carpet maintenance as well. We use a dry encapsulation method that is completely sustainable and safe for children and pets. This method only uses 2.5 gallons of water and requires a minimal 30 minutes of drying time as opposed to 180 gallons of water and 24 hours of drying time for the traditional wet extraction method. This reduction in water usage is important for the environment and the shortened drying time is significant to our customers as it allows them an extra day to make sure the home is ready to be turned over.
In short, we understand our customers' needs and are confident in our role when it comes to turning a home for a new resident. We understand that each project is time sensitive, and it's imperative that we execute all we do on time and on or under budget. We cater directly to the critical needs of this customer in that we are a one stop shop flooring company - competent and able to meet the needs of this rigorous culture.
